Our verdict
Outset Talent is a management agency for talent and influencers, built for adults who want representation handled by people rather than a self-serve platform. It is based in Ireland and offers both email and phone contact, with phone support carried by 48.3% of agencies in the ranking.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Listed work is talent management and influencer management, both people-first representation services.
- Support covers email and phone, giving adults a phone route as well as email.
- Phone support is not a given in this category: 48.3% of agencies in the ranking offer it, and Outset Talent does.
Cons
- Support runs on email and phone, with no listed chat or help centre.
- The service list is talent management and influencer management, so nothing beyond management roles sits on offer.
Who it suits
- Adults who want an agency to represent them as talent or as an influencer.
- Adults who prefer phone and email contact to ticket-based help.
- Adults who want terms agreed with a named contact rather than a published rate card.
Who should look elsewhere
- Not for adults who want self-serve tooling: Infloww covers creator CRM for agencies, messaging and chat tools and AI chat assistant.
- Not for adults who need monetisation and rights admin: 2btube Latinoamerica covers social media analysis and audit, social media management and influencer marketing agency.
- Not for adults who want business and payment handling: AROA Agency covers OnlyFans management, chatting services and traffic and promotion services.
Who runs it
Outset Talent is a talent agency based in Ireland. It works with adults directly rather than through a self-serve account, and contact runs on email and phone, so a phone call is possible as well as an email. Sitting in IE shapes how enquiries are handled: agreements come through the agency itself, so fees, contract length and campaign terms are worth settling before any commitment.
How Outset Talent compares
Frequently asked questions
What does Outset Talent actually do?+
It is a management agency rather than a fan platform. The listed offering is talent management and influencer management, so the work is representation for talent and for influencers. Nothing in that list points to a subscription, a creator dashboard or payment rails, which separates it from the software and monetisation agencies in the comparison.
Where is Outset Talent based, and does it work outside that market?+
The agency is based in Ireland. For adults elsewhere, availability is the first question to ask, because a management agreement is set with the agency rather than applied the moment someone signs up. Confirm in writing which market your work would be handled for.
How can I reach Outset Talent?+
Contact runs on email and phone, so adults can email or phone. That mix is stronger than many agencies, where 48.3% of entries in this ranking carry phone support. Worth using the phone line for a first conversation about terms.
How are fees structured with an agency like Outset Talent?+
Agencies in this ranking, Outset Talent included, run on revenue share in 100% of cases, so the fee follows what the work earns. Get the percentage, what it applies to and the payment schedule in writing, and check how commission behaves once a contract ends.
Is there a free plan or a free tier?+
Free plans appear on 86.7% of agency entries in this ranking, mostly on the tool side. A management agency works differently: talent management and influencer management describes representation, so any arrangement is agreed with the agency. Ask whether an initial consultation or trial campaign carries a fee.
Can campaigns be presented under an adult's own brand?+
White labelling is listed on every agency entry here, 100%, so branding is a normal topic in this category. For Outset Talent, raise it alongside talent management and influencer management and settle who owns the audience, the content and the contact details when the work starts.
Does Outset Talent take adult work?+
Not every agency in this ranking does: 60% covers the entries that do not. The listed services, talent management and influencer management, do not name a content type, so adults here should state the niche at the first enquiry and confirm the position before sharing anything.
How does Outset Talent compare with the other agencies listed?+
The ranking covers 248 agencies and 76 partners, so Outset Talent is one of a wide set. Its listed scope, talent management and influencer management, is representation only, without the CRM, analytics or payment handling that other entries add.
