Start with the platform list
The first filter is plain: does the agency actually manage OnlyFans? Plenty of firms in the wider creator economy work on other channels, and their pricing tells you nothing about an OnlyFans contract. The OnlyFans agencies ranking shows which firms sit in this category.
AROA Agency lists OnlyFans as the platform it manages, and works on a revenue-share model. Infloww manages OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue, so an OnlyFans account is one part of a wider set it can run.
Others point elsewhere. 2btube Latinoamerica works across YouTube, TikTok and Snapchat, while MARKtech Oman focuses on influencer and celebrity marketing and lists no OnlyFans platform at all. A payment platform such as Cam4Pays serves CAM4, Naked News and Tempted instead.
Price and what is free
A free plan changes how you compare. Infloww has one, and it charges a subscription of $40 under a subscription pricing model. That shape is easy to budget, because the cost stays put no matter how well your account does.
Revenue share is the other shape. AROA Agency, Cam4Pays and CamerStars all run on revenue share, and CamerStars sets a commission of 50-70%. Nothing is listed as an entry fee, so the trade-off is that your cut depends on what you earn.
Cam4Pays writes its payout terms as a share of payouts that varies by tier, a revenue share rate, and referral payments for broadcasters and webmasters. Ask which tier you would sit in before you agree to a number, and ask how the tier is decided.
Privacy and the legal entity
The clearest privacy answer is a named legal entity. Infloww publishes Infinni Innovations S.A. with a headquarters in ES. 2btube Latinoamerica also names a registered company, based in ES. A named company is a party you can ask about your data, your payouts and a complaint.
Cam4Pays names Tropistream Corporation, NV with a headquarters in CW. AROA Agency gives a headquarters in US and MARKtech Oman in OM. Where you get a country but no company name, ask for the legal entity and for where your data is kept before you sign anything.
What the fee actually buys you
Services are where two agencies at the same price diverge most. AROA Agency lists OnlyFans management, chatting services and traffic and promotion services. That list is heavy on paperwork and tax work, covering tax setup, invoicing and filing.
Infloww lists creator CRM for agencies, messaging and chat tools and AI chat assistant. That is tooling for running a roster rather than a pair of hands, built around a creator CRM, chat tools and reporting.
Cam4Pays is infrastructure, listing Affiliate programme management for web traffic monetisation, White label and black label cam site builder and Branded embeds (dynamic iframes). 2btube Latinoamerica lists social media analysis and audit, social media management and influencer marketing agency, and MARKtech Oman lists Influencer and celebrity marketing, Selecting the right influencer for each project and Designing innovative advertising content strategies. CamerStars lists webcam modeling agency representation, work from home (remote) cam modeling and studio based cam modeling, which is representation and onboarding rather than a software suite.
How you reach a person
Support channels predict how fast a payout dispute gets sorted. AROA Agency offers email and community, and Infloww offers email and help centre. A community or knowledge base suits routine questions; it is a weaker channel for an urgent payment problem.
Cam4Pays offers email and phone, and CamerStars offers chat and email. 2btube Latinoamerica runs email, phone and chat, and MARKtech Oman offers email and phone. Phone support is the quickest route when money is involved.
How long they have been trading
A founding year gives you a rough sense of longevity. 2btube Latinoamerica has a founding year of 2014, and AROA Agency a founding year of 2014.
MARKtech Oman is newer, with a founding year of 2022. Newer is not a warning sign on its own, but ask for references from creators on OnlyFans rather than from other channels.
A shortlist checklist
Work down the same order every time: the platform list, the pricing model, the legal entity, the services, then the support channels. Read the reviews linked above in that order and drop any agency that is vague on the first two.
Before you commit, get two things in writing: the exact share or subscription the agency charges, and the notice period for cancelling. If a free plan exists, start there and judge the paid tier against it. For a wider field, compare the OnlyFans agencies ranking.
